Italian Interiors,inc. reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or to refuse service to any customer. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order. Prices and availability of products on the Site are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected when discovered, Italian Interiors, Inc. reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (including after an order has been submitted).
Italian Interiors, Inc. intends for the information and data contained in the Site or provided via other channels, including but not limited to phone and email, to be accurate and reliable, however, since the information and data have been compiled from a variety of sources, it is provided "AS IS." You expressly agree that your use of this site is at your sole risk. Italian Interiors, Inc. expressly disclaims all warranties and/or conditions, express or implied, as to any matter whatsoever relating to or referenced by this site, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties and/or conditions of merchantability or satisfactory quality and fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Information IDI collects
We collect information from you when you register on the site, place an order, enter a contest or sweepstakes, respond to a survey or communication such as e-mail, or participate in another site feature. When ordering or registering, we may ask you for your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information or other information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.
We also collect information about gift recipients so that we can fulfill the gift purchase. The information we collect about gift recipients is not used for marketing purposes.

We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others' rights, property, or safety.
However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

Shipping and Delivery
IDI Delivery Service
Your furniture will be delivered on time and in perfect condition just the way you ordered it. You'll get the same great service whether you choose full-service white glove delivery, our economical standard curbside service, or upgrade your standard service to Room-of-Choice. Delivery services Dep. will make sure your order is handled perfectly. Please note that online orders can only be shipped within the 48 continental United States.
Provides delivery to your door (apartment and multi-unit buildings are inside the main entrance) generally in 14 to 21 business days. Large items are shipped via a carrier truck service that provides the best service in your area. This option is the most cost effective, but please note that it does not include moving the piece into your residence or office and does not include any assembly. The customer is responsible for unpacking and completing any assembly that is necessary. Our delivery company will contact you within 5 to 7 business days to schedule an appointment to make your delivery. Delivery appointments are available Monday through Friday with hours depending on your area. White Glove Service
Provides the full service with professional delivery, unpacking, and assembly in the intended room. Our delivery company will contact you within 10 to 14 days to schedule an appointment. Delivery appointments are available Monday through Friday with hours depending on your area. Saturday delivery requires an additional charge; for a quote please contact us at: email@example.com Extra fee for white glove delivery will be charged at the shopping cart.

Return Policy for Online purchase
We at Italian Interiors, Inc. would want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases online as in our showroom. In the event that you are not happy with your purchase our return policy is explained below. If you have additional questions, please feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Return an undamaged product
Any undamaged In-Stock Merchandise received by Purchaser purchased Italian Interiors, Inc Online shop may be returned. A restocking fee of 25% will be applied plus the cost of shipping back to Italian Interiors facility. In case of a custom ordered item, Italian Interiors, Inc. will not accept return in any case.
If merchandise is not returned within 14 days of Italian Interiors, Inc receipt of such notice, a fee of 50% of the purchase price for such merchandise will be deducted from Purchaserís credit Plus Cost of shipment back to Italian Interiors facility.
Any product not received by Italian Interiors, inc within 30 days will not be accepted for return under any conditions.
For items that were delivered correctly or were not defective upon Purchaserís receipt (including items originally shipped or delivered for free), Purchaser is responsible for all shipping and delivery charges to return the merchandise to Italian Interiors, Inc storage facility located in Watertown MA.
If Italian Interiors arranges the return, the shipper will bill Italian Interiors, inc. and that amount will be deducted from the amount credited to Purchaser. Items to be returned must be unused, un-assembled and in their original packaging with all instructions and inserts. Once the product is received and our shipping department confirms it is in as-new condition, the Credit amount of the item(s) will be refunded less original shipping costs.
There shall be no refunds or credits for merchandise delivered in good condition to Purchaser, but returned damaged.
Return of defective Merchandise:
Shipping and Freight Damage
Purchaser shall inspect all packages before signing the delivery ticket. If Purchaser feels merchandise is defective upon receipt, he must contact Italian Interiors Inc within 2 business days thereof and provide digital photos and a description of the problem. Once Italian Interiors, Inc. has determined that the merchandise is defective, Italian Interiors, Inc., at its discretion, may exchange or repair the merchandise.
In the event that damaged merchandise arrives at Purchaserís location, Purchaser shall take the following steps to insure that a freight claim can be filed:

- Note on the freight company delivery receipt "Damaged" with a description of the piece
- Notify the Italian Interiors, inc. Shipping Department within 48 hours of receipt
- Keep all packing material for inspection
- Take digital photographs of the damaged item and packing material
For customers who follow these steps, Italian Interiors, Inc will file a freight claim with the shipper and arrange for repair or send a replacement. Purchaser will bear sole responsibility for any damaged merchandise that arrives at Purchaserís location if any of the above steps are not taken. If the freight company damages goods on return shipment to Italian Interiors, Inc. Storage facility, it is Purchaserís responsibility to make the freight claim. If merchandise is not returned within 14 days of Purchaserís receipt of return instructions pursuant to any freight claim, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from Purchaserís refund. Any product not received within 30 days of Purchaserís receipt of return instructions will not be accepted for return.
Orders may be cancelled without penalty only if the order has not physically left a warehouse. Special orders cannot be cancelled after 48 hours due to the custom nature of the orders. Since special orders are made to order, a non-refundable deposit 50% is required and any cancellation will result in deposit forfeiture
Price Match Policy
Return Policy for Online purchase
At IDI, we offer quality products at the lowest possible prices. If you see an item you're interested in at a competitor's website at a lower price, please contact us and request a price match. In most cases, we will be able to match or even beat that price, save you money and still offer the best customer service in the business. Our price match policy cannot be combined with any other discounts.
