Free Shipping
Standard free shipping for all six sizes of Essential mattress operate via FedEx and includes delivery of the mattress to your door. (In buildings with no elevator access, mattress delivery will be made to the building entrance. This service does not include delivery into the bedroom or installation of the mattress. If this is a service you would like, you may purchase In-Home Delivery Service. See below)
Delivery typically occurs Monday through Friday 8 am to 7 pm. If you are not available on the first attempt, FedEx will attempt 2 more deliveries. An attempted delivery notice will be left at the door after each failed delivery attempt. We are unable to schedule a specific delivery day or time with this shipping option.
In-Home Delivery Service
In-Home Delivery Service is also an option and includes delivery of the mattress to your room of choice, unpacking, installing and removal of packaging materials once delivery is complete. If you would like removal and disposal of your current mattress, this can be requested during the purchase process. (This service doest not allow for moving your existing mattress to another room in your house, however.)
In-Home Delivery Service is available at an additional cost of $249.
